  • Where are you based?
    We’re a limited company operating in Hong Kong.
  • How do I track my order?
    It will take 1–2 days to process your order. Once your order is shipped and handed over to the respective delivery courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds (only exchanges). We recommend you read our product information carefully before making purchases. If you have any questions regarding our products, we’re happy to help. Don’t hesitate to contact us here.
  • Which payment methods are available?
    We accept online payments across a variety of different credit cards, PayMe and PayPal. For offline payments, we accept Octopus Card and FPS.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Now we only ship domestically, i.e. Hong Kong and Macau. However, feel free to contact us and let us know where you’d like to ship your order to. We will try our best to assist you.
  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue an exchange or store credit. Please read our Shipping & Returns carefully for instruction. If you change your mind, however, you are not entitled to an exchange or store credit. Nonetheless, drop us a message. We will do our best to assist you!
  • Are your products suitable for men?
    We believe all our products are gender-neutral (even the vegan nail polishes, why not?) Your skin concerns and needs are specific to you. Your skincare is more dependent on your skin type than your gender.
  • Are your products suitable for vegans?
    All our products are 100% vegan and without animal testing! Our beauty brands don’t use any animal-derived ingredients in any of the formulas.
  • Are Skin Sapiens’ baby products suitable for adults?
    They certainly are! The gentle skincare products have been formulated for all skin types, especially for the sensitive skin type. There is no problem to use them at any age.
  • Do your products contain allergenic ingredients?
    Our skincare products are very skin tolerant and dermatologically tested. Due to the variety of different ingredients used which can cause allergic reactions, we can never rule allergies out. Yet our beauty brands are sure to choose ingredients with a very low allergenic potential. Our SoKind’s pregnancy skincare products have been AllergyCertified, formulated to be kind for especially sensitive skin prone to allergies.
  • Where do your products come from?
    All of our skincare products come from Europe because Europe has stricter regulations on organic products than many other countries, including the USA. Most of our selected brands carry a recognized natural cosmetic certificate, such as NATRUE, COSMOS or Ecocert. We select natural cosmetic products that meet the highest standards of quality, credibility, sustainability and transparency. Most importantly, all our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
